This website provides information and email links. It does not use enquiry forms, analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. The hosting provider may keep server access logs.

Information you send us

If you email the Foundation, we use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and administer a relevant donation or partnership. Please do not send children's identifying information, ID documents, medical records or banking credentials through a general email enquiry.

Access to correspondence should be limited to authorised personnel. Information may be shared with service providers or authorities where necessary for the stated purpose or required by law. Records should be retained only for as long as needed for the purpose or applicable legal obligations.

To ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, email info@tibf.org.za. The Foundation should confirm its operational privacy procedures and Information Officer details before collecting beneficiary information through online services.
