Constitutional foundation

Care, food security and community skills.

The constitution adopted on 1 May 2025 provides for educare and early childhood development, farming, and food and beverage programmes. It also includes related training for unemployed people, youth and women, poverty relief and community empowerment.

A proposed expansion covers broader youth development, labour activation, social relief, awareness and sustainable economic skills. Constitutional amendments require member approval and the applicable submissions; proposed wording is not represented as already adopted.

Accountability to communities and partners

Purpose before private gain

Resources belong to the Foundation. Members do not acquire ownership rights over its assets.

Records and reporting

The constitution provides for accounting records, financial reporting and oversight by office bearers.

Clear agreements

Ask about programme capacity, budgets, safeguarding and reporting when considering a funding or implementation partnership.
